We’re a Wisconsin family that loves to travel in our pop-up camper, Joy, and explore the many wonderful adventures lying within our awesome Wisconsin State Parks.
Our family has been camping for many years. As many do, we started off in a tent, with minimal supplies and protections from real (and perceived) threats.
In 2020 we bought Joy, our Coleman pop-up camper, and have gone on several camping trips with her. We’ve been to Mirror Lake, Devil’s Lake, Yellowstone Lake, Wyalusing, and Governor Dodge. In 2023, we plan on going to Peninsula, Mirror, and Pattison State Parks.
We enjoy campfires, smores, reading by the fire, playing games, hiking, heading to the beach, napping, and simply hanging out as a family. We’ve been through some dirty times and some repair times but we’ve always had a good time.
